14-Day Return Period for Goods

You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return for change of mind or for any product that is considered faulty or defective due to manufacturing defects.

Please note that products that have been subject to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or failure to adhere to product care instructions will not be eligible for return under this policy. Returns will only be accepted for purchases made on our official website at luxrecover.com or equivalent subdomains. We do not accept returns for items purchased from third-party distributors.


Easy Return Process

Provide them with the relevant details about your order, including the order number and a clear description of the issue you are facing. Return Condition and Requirements

To qualify for a full refund or replacement, the returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please remember to include a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation when sending back the product.

Shipping Costs

Once the product has been delivered, we are unable to issue a refund for any shipping charges. For returns within the initial 14-day period, we will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty goods within the UK. However, if you choose to return an unused product due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refund/Replacement

Upon receiving the returned product, our expert team will thoroughly inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will proceed with your choice of a refund or replacement. This process may take up to 7 days to be finalized.
